The ApplyUpdatesChange class represents an instruction to apply all preceding changes in a batch update. This will perform all compatibility checks, execute rules, calculate formulas, and trigger configuration logic. This is useful between multiple changes where the results of one change are needed before subsequent changes can be processed. ApplyUpdatesChange is derived from ConfigChange. No extra properties defined on the ApplyUpdatesChange class.
